Do you sell boxes & moving supplies?
Our office has a large variety of box sizes and moving supplies.

What are the facility security features?
The entire property is fenced with individual keypad gate access 24/7 available to tenants.

Do you have cameras?
Yes, we have new, state of the art camera surveillance.

Does the facility have lights?
Yes, it has motion-activated lights at night.

Can moving company trucks access the property?
Yes, we have wide asphalt driveways for large trucks.

What kind of doors & size of the door clearance?
Storage units are drive-up with roll-up doors 9’ wide & 6.6’ high clearance.

Can you store vehicles in units?
Vehicles inside a unit typically take at least a 10×20 unit & must be able to fit the 6.6’ clearance.

Can I park my trailer or boat inside a unit?
No, driveways are not wide enough to maneuver trailers into units, unless the trailer can be hand wheeled into the unit.

Do storage units have power hook-up?

No.

Do you have heated units?
We have two heated buildings with radiant flooring set to 50 degrees and a wide range of smaller sized units & Lockers.

Are units air-conditioned in the summer?
No, buildings are well insulated to protect from the summer heat.

Do you have covered RV & boat storage?
We have four canopy drive-thru buildings (buildings 30’, 40’, or 55’ drive-thru) for parking (16.6’ High) – RVs, trailers, boats with trickle power option.

How do you determine the size of the parking space?
All parking length is tip to tip: Includes hitch & any back attachments –
ie: boat motor, trailer w/ladders, racks, etc.

Do you have power hook-ups?
Power hook-ups are available at canopy spaces for RV’s, Trailer’s, boats with Trickle Power Option.

Do you offer outside parking?
The back lot year-round has outside parking for RVs, trailers, boats, trucks, and ars.

Does the facility get plowed regularly?
Yes, there is regular plowing in the winter.
